The network management teaching/training approach, using remote laboratories over the smart city got awarded. At EDUCON2020 – IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference “Engineering Education for the Future in a Multicultural and Smart World” held online on April 27-30, 2020 the authors Henrique Carvalho de Resende, Nina Slamnik-Krijestorac, Cristiano Bonato Both, Johann Marquez-Barja, with the paper titled “Introducing Engineering Undergraduate Students to Network Management Techniques: a Hands-on approach using the Citylab Smart City“, have been awarded as the Best Student Paper.
