The Digital Around the World event has just finished and we contributed to its success by presenting the opportunities offered by the long-established federated testbeds in Fed4FIRE+. Experimenters can easily access to its wide variety of different facilities free of charge through its Open Access or can compete for funding by submitting a proposal to Fed4FIRE+’s frequent Open Calls.
Together with the other four speakers, the discussion in the session “International Research Infrastructures – Challenges and Perspectives” was focused on the experimentally driven research: the availability of different test platforms with multiple technologies, accessibility to player around the world and interesting development and future advancement.
